Cool new team-building idea!

I was working a Global Sales Kickoff Conference this week and one of the highlights was how the planner incorporated video into the team building challenge.

Each team was issued a flip camera and was instructed to take video footage of their team during the week long event and also video tape a team cheer. Then a video editing professional took all the cameras and made a really entertaining closing video.

It was a true team effort and created a bond between the entire group. The creativity, laughter and new relationships formed was obvious and inspiring.
