My client wanted an upscale 80s theme party.  In addition to fabulous decor we wanted to theme the meal.  We came up with a very cool idea that really created a buzz with the guests.  As our servers placed this special dessert…wearing a silver Michael Jackson glove…the audience erupted with smiles and laughter.  It was a huge success!  Ask your CSM or hotel chef to work with their suppliers to create custom chocolate Rubik’s Cube and fill them with a chocolate, strawberry or vanilla mousse.  The best part was it only added about $2pp to the overall menu cost.
