Does your company have an existing or emerging Employee Volunteer Program? Is there a way to align this program with your next conference? Yes! Look at the non-profits and organizations that your company already supports. Look at ways to get these community organizations involved in your events. Invite them as a special guest, create a volunteer project with the organization or create and donate some needed items to your favorite non profit during your meeting. If possible poll your registrants during registration to see what they might want to volunteer to do and let the company support that effort. Many times there are champions within your company that are willing to help lead projects.
