Being Green is a huge part of the San Diego lifestyle and they way we do business here. It only makes sense that the Port of San Diego would have a competition to award a Top Green Chef in San Diego. This is the ONLY sustainable food competition in San Diego. The 2013 crown was given to Sutti Sripolpa, the Executive Chef at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
The chefs were judged based on sustainable ingredients that were used to prepare innovative dishes in an energy-efficient kitchen!
We are doing an event at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in early 2014 and I’m excited to see what Executive Chef Sutti Sripolpa has to offer us!
