Right Hand Events joined the Thermo Fisher team to assist with managing a 1,600 person sales meeting at the Gaylord National Convention Center in Washington, DC. Our team executed every aspect of the event registration process starting with the online platform (Cvent) which included rooming management with shared accommodations and air travel coordination, and ending with on-site badge printing and registration staff management. In addition, we managed the important details of food and beverage coordination and meal planning, meeting space assignments and diagrams, and provided a strong team of Conference Staff to ensure a flawless conference experience.
