Meet our team…

Elise Rollinson, CMP


BIO – Elise Rollinson is a dedicated Meeting and Event Planner with 20+ years experience in corporate meeting planning. She is a detail-oriented professional with strengths in event creation, planning and execution.

Elise started her hospitality career at 19, working as field staff for a destination management company while obtaining her Bachelors Degree in International Business from San Diego State University. After graduation, she continued her career as a corporate meeting planner for Mail Boxes Etc., planning worldwide franchisee meetings.

For much of her career, Elise lent her talents to Summit Performance Group, a full service meeting planning company in San Diego, CA. In her role as Account Manger and then as Director of Operations, she helped countless corporations plan exciting, memorable and successful meetings and events. She has been responsible for a wide variety of events, including high end incentives, large scale sales meetings and corporate tailgate parties.

Elise also spent a very memorable year as Corporate Relations Manager with Volunteer San Diego helping companies and meeting planners from across the country incorporate group volunteerism into their meetings and events.

Now as the President of Right Hand Events, she brings years of experience and talent to lead a dynamo team of customer service oriented masterful event planners.

Jaci Feinstein

Vice President

BIO – An accomplished professional working within Fortune 500 Companies, small businesses/start-ups and nonprofits, Jaci obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. She has worked at large corporations such as Proctor & Gamble, L’Oreal, and General Motors, in addition to Volunteer San Diego – a San Diego based nonprofit.

Jaci has experience planning festivals, industry conferences and community-wide volunteer events for both corporate employees as well as large community groups, engaging in the upwards of 5,000 people. Her background in the engineering field, business world, and nonprofit sector give her valuable insight in planning events specifically tailored to a wide variety of needs.

In her personal time, Jaci volunteers her expertise in strategic planning and organizational leadership to HandsOn San Diego as the Founder and Volunteer-in-Chief. You can also find her on the kickball field or exploring San Diego’s hiking trails.

Brittany Saylor

Senior Meeting Planner 

BIO – Brittany received her degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. While at UCSD, she became involved in many San Diego events and began working at David Mirisch Enterprises.

Most recently, Brittany has been involved in nonprofit event coordination and planning. Prior to beginning work at Right Hand Events, she was the Special Events Coordinator at Mama’s Kitchen.

Brittany has experience in a variety of events, ranging from golf tournaments to galas and is truly passionate about what she does.

Kory Cox

Meeting Planner 

BIO – Kory received her degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University. After graduating, she went onto serving in Peace Corps as an environmental volunteer in Malawi, Africa, where she helped plan the annual large mammal walking census both years she was stationed in the National Park and has been planning events ever since.

Over the last 5 years she has been working in the event industry in a variety of capacities with hotels and full service off-site catering companies before coming to work at Right Hand Events. Most recently, she came from Lancer Catering at the Woodland Park Zoo as their Catering Sales Manager.

Kory has experience planning a variety of events that include weddings, galas, auctions, corporate picnics and events, concerts, and holiday parties. .

Nicole Pelot

Meeting Planner 

BIO – An organized, driven and enthusiastic Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration graduate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Nicole has extensive event management experience, leadership experience, and hospitality industry experience.

Throughout her career, Nicole has worked in the hotel industry, beverage industry, sports industry and tech industry. Prior to working at Right Hand Events, Nicole was working at HoneyBook, a software program for event industry professionals.

Nicole has experience planning events ranging from sports clinics to large scale corporate conferences. She is committed to producing high quality work in a timely manner, practicing conflict resolution and using effective professional communication to work well in a team environment.

Kirsty Mitchell

Meeting Planner 

BIO – Experienced Event Planner with a demonstrated history of working in the Event Services industry. Skilled in International Relations, Nonprofit Organizations, Event Planning, Management, and Cost Control. Strong finance professional with a Certificate focused in Project Management and a degree in Hospitality Management.

Abbey Tuhkanen

Meeting Coordinator 

BIO – Abbey received her degrees in Communication Studies and Journalism and Media Communication from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She became immersed in the event planning industry through her student employment on CSU’s campus.

Before joining the Right Hand Events team, Abbey worked as a Conference and Event Assistant at CSU’s Conference and Event Services. She has experience coordinating a variety of conferences ranging from educational to corporate events. Outside of her love for events, she is a dog lover, sports fanatic and frequent beach-goer.

Registered Seller of Travel

IATANRight Hand Events (CST #2111152-40) is a registered Seller of Travel under the California Seller of Travel Law and participates in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. The following disclosures are made as required by the California Seller of Travel Law.

Please note that registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.


This business is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC). You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from TCRC if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by a seller of travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale. The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the seller of travel, not to exceed $15,000.

A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel. A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee. you must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating seller of travel for matters arising out of a sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC, if you were located in California at the time of the sale.
